I've never personally met Maximilian, but he is definitely the guiding spirit of this smart boutique hotel in Salzburg. Everything here runs automatically, from booking to check-in to ordering your breakfast. That automatically impressed me, but it doesn't mean that these images happened automatically. There was still some solid craftsmanship involved.
